摘  要:目的 观察低剂量辐射对小鼠种植瘤的抑制作用及其对红细胞免疫、携氧功能和超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD )活性的影响 ,探讨低剂量辐射是否对红细胞系统存在兴奋效应。方法 采用接种S180肉瘤细胞的昆明种雄性小鼠作为动物模型 ,在接种前6h给予 7.5cGyX线一次性全身照射 ,照射后第 5天观察肿瘤发生率。隔日测量肿瘤体积 ,绘制生长曲线。 15天后处死小鼠测量肿瘤重量 ,病理切片观察肿瘤坏死面积、肿瘤浸润性淋巴细胞情况。同时检测红细胞免疫功能、2 ,3二磷酸甘油酸 (2 ,3 DPG )含量、SOD活性。结果 与直接接种组相比 ,低剂量照射组肿瘤发生率明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。肿瘤生长缓慢 ,平均瘤重减轻 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,肿瘤坏死面积、肿瘤浸润性淋巴细胞增多。低剂量照射组红细胞免疫功能、2 ,3 DPG含量、SOD活性明显高于直接接种组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 低剂量辐射可提高机体抗肿瘤作用 ,提高红细胞免疫功能 ,增加 2 ,3 DPG含量 ,增强SOD活性 ,在红细胞系统中仍存在兴奋效应。Objective To study the effect of low dose radiation on tumor growth and hormesis in erythrocyte system.Methods Kunming strain male mice were implanted with S180 sarcoma cell as an experimental animal model.Six hours before implantation,the mice were given 7.5 cGy whole body X-ray radiation.Five days later,tumor-planting rate was counted.From then,every two days the tumor volume was measured to draw the curve of tumor growth.Fifteen days later,all mice were killed to measure the tumor weight,observe the necrosis area and the tumor-infiltrating lymphoreticullar cells (TIL).At the same time,erythrocyte immune function,the level of 2,3-DPG and the activity of SOD were tested.Results The mice exposed to low radiation had a lower tumor-planting rate than those without radiation(P<0.05);their tumor growth was significantly slower too.In pathology,the tumor necroses area and TIL in the mice receiving a low dose radiation were more than the control group.The erythrocyte immune function,the level of 2,3-DPG and the activity of SOD were all better in the radiation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose radiation could markedly increase animal's anti-tumor ability,improve the erythrocyte immune function,the ability of carrying O 2 and the activity of SOD in red cell.
