藻酸双酯钠改善脑血栓形成甲襞微循环障碍及临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察藻酸双酯钠 (PSS)改善脑血栓形成襞微循环障碍及临床疗效。　方法　用 PSS10 0 m g加入 2 5 0 m l溶液内静脉滴注 ,10天为一疗程。对 38例脑血栓形成患者治疗前后进行甲襞微循环检查 ,并进行运动神经功能评价。　结果　治疗后甲襞微循环四项积分值均显著下降 (P<0 .0 0 1)。功能评价疗效显著 ,其中治愈占 34 %,显效占 47.4%,进步占 18.4%。　结论　 PSS对改善脑血栓形成微循环障碍及运动神经功能障碍疗效肯定 ,尤其是急性期疗效显著 。Objective To observe the clinical effect and improvement of nail fold microcirculation among the patients with cerebral thrombosis after using the polysaccharide sulfate(PSS). Methods PSS 100mg add to 250ml 5% glucose injection,iv gtt.Ten days a period of treatment.Then 38 patients with cerebral thrombosis were observed about the nail fold microcirculation,and evaluate the function of motor nerve. Results After the treatment,the four integral of the nail fold microcirculation are decreased(P<0.001).Function evaluation was well.The cured rate is 34.2%,the masked progress was 47.4% and the progress of improving was 18.4%. Conclusion PSS could improve the patients' motor nerve function,and the disturbance of nail fold microcirculation,especially in the acute period,and without obvious side effect.
