会诊联络精神医学在综合性医院的实践

摘　　要：目的　对综合性医院精神医学会诊进行分析研究。方法　对一所综合性医院全年的 146例精神医学会诊进行了统计分析。结果　发现综合性医院精神医学会诊中最常见的精神科诊断是脑器质性精神障碍、焦虑障碍和抑郁障碍。结论　认为应在综合性医院积极开展会诊s: Objective To study the psychiatric consultation in general hospital. Methods 146 medical inpatients consulted by psychiatrists in a general hospital within a year were analyzed. Results Among the consulted medical inpatients, the common psychiatric problems are organic brain syndrome, anxiety and depression. Conclusion The authors suggest that we should promote consultation liaison psychiatry in general hospital and the mental health education to medical professionals.
