^(32)P胶体瘤内注射治疗非小细胞肺癌的初步观察

摘　　要：目的　观察 32 P胶体瘤内注射治疗非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法 :选择周围型肺癌 17例 ,在 CT引导下予胶体行瘤内注射 ( 1mci/ cm3) ,注射后 1月摄胸片进行疗效评定 ,分为 CR、PR、NC、PD。结果 :14例患者肺内病灶均有不同程度缩小 ,5例鳞癌患者病灶缩小 >5 0 %而达到 PR标准。结论 :32 P胶体瘤内注射治疗非小细胞肺癌是一种有效安全的新方法 。Objective The purpose of the paper was to examine the clinical effects on treatment of NSCLC(non small cell lung cancer)by injecting 32 P radiocolloid into the tumor.Methods seventeen cases of periphery pulmonary cancer were selected and treated by injecting 32 P radiocolloid(1mic/cm 3),into the tuomr with CT.The effects were determined one month after the treatment by chest X film or CT.The effects were divided into CR?PR?NC or PD.Results Focis of 14 cases had diminished.Among them 5 case's diminished over 50%,reaching the standard of PR.The lab data about liver and kidney were normal without depressed marrow in all cases.Conclusion The method of injecting 32 P radiocolloid into the tumor was a new effective and safe way for treatment of NSCLC,and it hao a value for clinical application.
