摘　　要：企业过程监控系统是建立在过程模型基础之上对企业过程实际运作的全面追踪和监控，并提供基于流的实时数据分析和对紧急状态的处理。本文首先从过程工程的角度讨论了过程模型的监控原理，然后对过程监控的目标进行详细的分析，并在此基础上完成了对企业过程监控系统体系结构的设计，最后指出了该系统进一步改进的方向。： Based on process model，Process Monitoring System For Enterprise is used to trace and monitor practical running of enterprise processes．It provides handling of emergencies and analyzing of real－time data based on flows．This paper discusses monitoring principle of process model from the perspective of process engineering．Then the objects of process monitoring are analyzed in detail．Based on these，the architecture of Process Monitoring System For Enterprise is designed．And then followed by the discussion of the future directions of the system．
