摘　　要：对理财目标的研究 ,应当以明了企业的性质为前提。随着企业理论的发展和创新 ,人们对企业本质认识的不断深化 ,理财目标也经历着由利润最大化、股东财富最大化到企业价值最大化的演变。理财目标的演变归根结底是由于目标自身的缺陷 ,但是企业理论的发展 ,却是推动理财目标演变的不容忽视的外在原因。鉴于对目标的缺陷研究较多 ,本文仅从企业性质的这一外在动因研究理财目标的演变 。To understand the firm's nature is the premise of researching the financial management goal.Along with the deeply understanding of the firm's nature,the financial management goal is developing.In the final analysis,the goal's limitation is the interior reason of the evolvement.But the firm theory's development is the exterior reason.The article comes into a conclusion that enterprise value maximum is the rational goal.
