摘 要:小伞山羊草 6U染色体与小麦 6A染色体易位系“2 114”(T6AL 6AS 6U)对T型雄性不育具有较高的恢复力 ,其恢复基因已被定名为Rf6。Rf6基因通过雌配子的传递率正常 ,而通过雄配子的传递率仅为 30 8% ,个中原因是外源的 6U染色体片段过长。柱穗山羊草杀配子染色体在小麦核背景中能够引起染色体断裂 ,产生缺失、易位等结构变异。鉴此 ,将 2 114与“中国春”小麦柱穗山羊草杀配子染色体二体添加系回交 ,从后代中选择到了可育株比例较高的株系。将这些株系与T型不育系测交 ,调查TCF2 群体育性分离表现 ,结果表明这些株系育性遗传表现不同于 2 114。“140 45”、“14136”两个F3 株系各含有 1对Rf6基因 ,其雄配子传递率正常 ,并且保持了 2 114原有的恢复力 ;而“140 2 0”、“140 44”和“140 88”3个F3 株系各含有两对Rf6基因 ,其中 140 2 0和 140 88两个F3 株系的第二对Rf6基因恢复力较低。产生变异的原因 。T6AL.6AS 6U),a monogenic fertility restorer line with Triticum timopheevii cytoplasm,carries an alien segment transferred from chromosome 6U of Aegilops umbellulata Its fertility restorer gene has been designated as Rf6. Because the alien segment is too long,male transmission rate of Rf6 gene in 2114 is only about 30 8%.A gametocidal chromosome 2C derived from Aegilops cylindrica ,can cause chromosome structural changes such as deletion,translocation in wheat.So,in this study,2114 was backcrossed as female parent with chromosome 2C addition line.Several progenies which had a higher proportion of fertile plants were selected.These progenies were testcrossed with male sterile line ND36 and the results showed that they differed from 2114.Fertility segregation ratios in the TCF 2 populations of line'14045' and '14136'were in accordance with monogenic segregation model,while that of line '14020','14044' and '14088'were in accordance with two genes segregation model.This implied that structural changes of chromosome T6AL.6AS 6U in 2114 might have taken place in these lines.Partial deletion of the alien segment resulted in the normal male gamete transmission of Rf6 gene in 14045 and 14136.The second pair of restoring gene in 14020,14044 and 14088 might be brought forth by the alien segment translocated from 6A to other wheat chromosome.The potential values of Rf6 gene in breeding of restorer line were also discussed in this paper.
