替牙期安氏二类一分类错患者咀嚼效能分析

摘　　要：目的:比较替牙期安氏二类一分类错(牙合)患者和替牙期正常(牙合)儿童咀嚼效能的差异,并对影响咀嚼效能的因素进行分析。方法:采用分光比色法对20例替牙期安氏二类一分类患者和20例替牙期正常(牙合)儿童进行了咀嚼效能测定,并测量了受试者的覆(牙合),覆盖,未萌恒牙数目及嚼肌肌电值,利用t检验和逐步回归进行分析。结果:替牙期安氏二类一分类患者咀嚼效能较正常(牙合)者低,其差异具显著性。替牙期正常(牙合)儿童的咀嚼效能,男性较女性高,差异具显著性。替牙期安氏二类一分类患者咀嚼效能,性别间差异无显著性。深覆盖及咀嚼次数是影响咀嚼效能的重要因素。结论:安氏二类一分类错(牙合)阻碍了替牙期儿童的正常咀嚼效能的发挥,及早治疗有利于改善咀嚼功能。It was compared the masticatory efficiency of mixed dental children with class II malocclusion division 1 with the normal children, and the factors which effect the masticatory efficiency were analyzed. Method: The masticatory efficiency of 20 class II malocclusion children and 20 normal occlusion children were measured by the spec-trophotometry method. All subject s deepbite, overjet, unrupted permanent tooth and the EMG of masticatory muscle were recorded and then the data was analyzed sttatistically. Result: The class II malocclusion group had a significantly lower masticatory efficiency index than the normal group. Males had a statistically higher masticatory efficienccy index than females in normal occlusion group. There was no significant difference between males and females in class II malocclusion group. The overjet and chewing time were the important factors influencing masticatory efficiency. Conclusion: The class II malocclusion division 1 can handicapped the normal masticatory efficiency, and early treatment is benefit for the improvement of patient' s masticatory function.
