摘　　要：本文从历史唯物主义观点出发 ,以详实的史料为基础 ,全面客观地评价了西夏王朝开国皇帝李元昊的历史功绩 ,充分肯定其从民族实际情况出发、推行有特色的“汉化”政策的举措以及在祖国统一。Starting from the historical materialist point of view and based on full and accurate historical data, this paper objectively affirms Li Yuanhao's distinctive national policy and measures of advancing the assimilation of the Dangxiang nationality and other minorities under his regime into the culture and life style of the Han nationality, which contributed to their better understanding, exchanging, and developing into a unitary multi-national state in China. \ \
