腰椎黄韧带附着部的应用解剖学观察和手术学意义

摘　　要：本文调查了21具成尸105块腰椎骨,观测椎板和椎板内面黄韧带附着部的关系,并计算两者的比值,其均值为1:0.52。根据这一结果,我们设计出:①经黄韧带上缘开窗作为腰椎间盘手术的入路;②切除椎板下1/2和相邻下位椎板上1/4及其间的黄韧带,作为治疗单节段腰椎管狭窄的方法。这两种手术方式均取得好的治疗效果。The authors studied the 105 lumbar vertebrae from 21 adult cadavers, observed1 the relation between the lumbar laminae and attachments of the lig. flavum of the inner surface of the laminae and calculated their ratios, The arithmetic mean is in the ratio of 1: 0.52. In the light of this result the autnors designed: (1) a sugical approach to lumbar herniated disc through upper margin of the lig. flavum with fenestration, (2)an operative method of treating lumbar stenosis at one level by removing the central portion of the lig. flavum, the half of the lamina below and one fourth of the lamina above. Excellent results were obtained.
