摘　　要：冷战结束后，世界政治正处于从两极向多极的过渡时期．尽管美国企图建立单极格局，但这受到了来自于国际社会甚至美国国内广泛因素的制约．世界朝着多极化方向发展是不容置疑的，美国的霸权主义行径不得人心．At the present post-cold-war period, the world politics was in transition from bi-polarization to multi-polarization. The United States' attempts to erect the uni-pole political structure were damped by various constraints from both the international community and the country itself. Nothing whatsoever can prevent the present trend of multi-polarization. America's hegemonism is doomed to be a failure in the international community.
