摘　　要：本文通过罕见的颅领完全断离惠者的抢救治愈,重点讨论在颔面部损伤破坏极为严重情况下,如伴有休克,首要任务是抗休克治疗,纠正低血压,局部止血采用软组织填塞的方法。本文还首次报告碎骨片再植成功率达80%,为避免损伤后骨质缺损,施行碎骨片再植提供了依据。An uncommon case of comPlete craniomaxillary separation is reported. The patient with extremely serious damage of the maxill of acial region was in shock at admitting to the hospital. Local hemostasis with muscle packing was taken to control the diffuse bleeding while a series of antishock treatments was carried out. The experience showed that the hemostasis method is practical and effective in such cases. As artery ligation was not performed sufficient blood supply could be ensured. In this case bone fragments were reimPlanted with a success rate of 85.7%. This indicates that bone fragment reimplantation can be adopted in such cases.
