摘　　要：现代企业管理技术的目的是通过现代管理模式与计算机管理信息系统支持企业合理、系统地管理经营与生产活动 ,最大限度地发挥现有设备、资源、人员、技术的作用 ,以使企业经济效益最大化。诸如计算机集成制造系统 (Computer Integrated Manufacturing System)、制造资源系统 (Manufacturing Resource Planning)和企业资源计划 (Enterprise Resource Planning)等先进的管理系统现正在被众多的企业所使用 ,以帮助提高企业的整体效益和迅速适应不断变化的市场的能力。文章对企业实施 CIMS/ ERP过程中的诸多事宜进行了论述 ,并对The aim of the modern management technology is to support the operation and production of an enterprise in a reasonable and systematic method through the modern management model and the computer management information system. As a result, the equipment, resource, manpower and technology can be used in a furthest way to make a maximum economic profit for an enterprise. Such modern management systems as the CIMS/MRP II/ERP are being used in many corporations to help them enhance the integer efficiency and ability to respond to the diverse market quickly. This paper deals with the problems in the process of CIMS/ERP implementation of an enterprise,and forecasts the development tendency of ERP.
