摘 要:目的:分析具有痫样放电的脑电图。方法:回顾分析358例显示有痫样放电的脑电图记录。结果:痫样放电广泛性分布99例(27.65%)。涉及额、前颡、颞、颞中央者187例(52.23%)。其它部位72例(20.11%)。两半球痫样放电不对称181例,其中左半球痫样放电119例(65.75%),右半球痈样放电62例(34.25%)。睡眠描记的45例痫样放电出现NREM Ⅰ Ⅱ期38例(84.44%)。结论:脑电图痫样放电对癫痫有重要的诊断价值。Objectives To analyse epileptic discharge of EEG in 358 patients. Methods : Spike waves of EEG were recorded in 358 patients and analysed in review. Results: A wide spread spike weves of EEG were observed in 99 patients(27. 65%). In 187 patients (52. 23%), Spike wave of EEG were recorded in the frontal, anterior temporal, temporal and the central of temporal lobe, and in the other regions of 72 patients (20.11%). Asymmetric spikes waves of EEG of two hemisphere were observed in 181 patients, including 119 patients in the left hemisphere (65.75%) and 62 patients in the right hemisphere (34. 25%). Spike waves of EEG during the sleep were recorded in 45 patients, spike waves of EEG of 38 patients were observed in Ⅰ Ⅱ period of NREM. Conclusion: The spikes waves of EEG are valuabl in diagnosis of epilepsy.
