溃疡性结肠炎患者PBMCs体外sIL-2R诱生水平的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨sIL 2R在溃疡性结肠炎 (UC)中的表达水平。方法 :采用特异性ELISAsIL 2R检测试剂盒 ,对 2 5例溃结患者PBMCs体外PHA诱导产生的sIL 2R水平进行测定。结果 :溃结患者PHA诱导 48h的细胞培养上清液中sIL 2R的含量为 319 6 3± 16 4 70U/ml,明显低于正常对照组的 45 1 15± 2 46 93U/ml(P <0 0 5 ) ;而未经PHA诱导的sIL 2R含量 ,两组无明显差异 (UC组 2 6 3 78± 115 0 5U/ml,对照组 2 36 47± 139 10U/ml,P >0 0 5 )。结论 :溃结患者体外PHA诱导的sIL 2R水平下降 。Objective:To study the potency of soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R) production in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) Methods:The production of sIL 2R in PMBCs was studied in 25 patients with UC and 20 healthy volunteers (age and sex matched) PBMCs were stimulated by PHA for 48 h to induce sIL 2R production sIL 2R content in the culture medium was assayed by using ELISA kit of sIL 2R Results:The mean(SD) production of induced sIL 2R was significantly lower in UC comparing with controls (319 63±164 70 vs 451 15±246 93 U/ml,P<0 05) But the spontaneous were no difference between two groups (263 78±115 05 vs 236 47±139 10 U/ml,P>0 05) Conclusion: The results suggested that the activation of T cells from PBMCs in UC patients may be depressed
