溃疡性结肠炎患者白细胞介素-6活性研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )在溃疡性结肠炎 (UC)中的表达水平。方法　以外周血单核细胞 (PBMC)体外培养诱生IL 6。以B9细胞与培养液共育 ,测定IL 6水平 ,将健康人 (HC)与UC患者进行比较研究 ,其中HC组 2 0例 ,UC组 2 5例 (静止期与轻、中、重组 ,例数分别为 5、10、6、4例 )。结果　UC组与对照组IL 6活性分别为 (2 6 1.48± 82 .0 1)U/ml和 (10 0 .0 0± 5 7.6 5 )U/ml,两者差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1)。UC组静止期与轻、中、重三组比较IL 6活性依次为 :(12 1.0 6± 43.0 0 )U/ml、(2 40 .2 3± 6 1.6 0 )U/ml、(2 75 .83± 78.40 )U/ml及 (315 .0 0± 142 .92 )U/ml,P值分别小于 0 .0 2、0 .0 2及 0 .0 0 1。而静止期与对照组相比差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。按病变累及范围 ,全结肠组与左半结肠组IL 6活性分别为 :(312 .33± 10 7.34 )U/ml和 (2 44 .88± 6 9.97)U/ml,两组间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　UC活动期患者IL 6活性明显高于对照与静止期患者 ,且随病情加重呈上升趋势。ILObjective To study the levels of IL 6 production in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in 25 patients with inactive and active (include mild、 moderate and severe) ulcerative colitis(UC) and age, sex matched 20 healthy subjects.Methods Peripheral blood monocytes (PBMC) were stimulated with PHA for 48 hours to induce IL 6 production. IL 6 content in the culture medium was assayed by using B9 cells. Results IL 6 production was significantly increased in PBMC from active UC. There was an increasing tendency with severity of disease. But no significant difference was found between the extent of the lesious. Conclusions The levels of IL 6 production in PBMC can be an indicator of the activity of UC.
