摘 要:用皮下注射糖皮质激素的方法,提高大鼠血浆糖皮质激素的浓度,观察糖皮质激素持续增高条件下海马神经元的形态变化,并与不给药对照组和老年鼠进行比较。结果显示:给药1月的鼠,在海马CA_1和CA_3区可见细胞层减少,细胞排列稀疏,有固缩细胞;细胞突起呈念珠状变化。这些变化在老年鼠也存在,而不给药对照组无类似变化。上述结果表明,糖皮质激素的持续升高,可引起与老年变化相似的海马神经元的退行性变化。文章中对退化的神经元的类型进行了讨论。This study observed hippocampal neuronal morphological changes in rats treated with cortisone, in which the plasma concentrations of corticosterones rose in the range seen for major stressors for approximately 15 to 20 h, and comparehd with untreated controls, old controls (30 M). The results as follow: In CA1 and CA3 areas, the layers of cell decreased; the array of cell were sparse; the cells were contraction; the dendrites were varicose. There changes also existed in old controls, but not in untreated controls. These data suggested that high glucocorticoid concentrations resulted in degeneration of hippocampal neurons. The type of the degenerative neurons was discvssed.
