食管上皮组织中的郎格罕氏细胞的电镜观察

摘　　要：运用透射电镜观察了8例正常食管上皮组织中的郎格罕氏细胞,较详细描述了其超微结构特点。结果再次提示郎格罕氏细胞胞浆内的Birbeck颗粒可能有两种形成途径。Eight cases of the norma esophageal epithelium were observed with transmission electron microscope. The ultrastructural characteristics of Langerhans cell was described in detail and that result reindicated the Birbeck granules of Langerhans cell formed possible in two ways.
