摘  要:目的 :研究白介素 6 (IL 6 )、白介素 1受体拮抗剂 (IL 1ra) ,γ干扰素 (IFN γ)对小牛晶体上皮细胞 (BELC)增殖和胶原合成的影响 ,探讨它们在后囊浑浊形成中的作用。方法 :采用MTT比色法测定不同浓度的IL 6、IL 1ra及IFN γ对体外培养的BLEC增殖的影响 ;用3H 脯氨酸掺入法检测这些细胞因子对体外培养的BLEC胶原合成的影响。结果 :IL 6 10 2 ~ 10 4 U/ml显著促进细胞增殖和胶原合成 ,IL 1ra 10 2 ~ 10 4 μg/L显著抑制细胞增殖而对胶原合成无影响 ,IFN γ 10 2 ~ 10 5U/ml显著抑制细胞增殖 ,10 3~ 10 5U/ml显著抑制胶原合成。结论 :这些细胞因子可能参与了后囊浑浊的形成 ;IFN γ和ILAim: To study the effects of interleukin 6(IL 6),interleukin 1 receptor antagonist(IL 1ra),interferon γ(IFN γ) on proliferation and collagen synthesis by bovine lens epithelial cells(BLEC) in vitro and their role in posterior capsular opacification(PCO). Methods: The effects of IL 6,IL 1ra and IFN γ at different concentrations on proliferation of BLEC in vitro was measured with MTT staining colorimetry .The effects of these cytokines at different concentrations on collagen synthesis of BLEC in vitro was detected with 3H proline incorporation. Results: IL 6 10 2~10 4 U/ml obviously promoted BLEC proliferation and collagen synthesis, IL 1ra 10 2~10 4 ng/ml obviously inhibited BLEC proliferation and hadn't effect on collagen synthesis, and IFN γ 10 2~10 5 U/ml obviously inhibited BLEC proliferation and 10 3~10 5 U/ml inhibited collagen synthesis.Conclusion: These cytokines contribute to the PCO; IL 1ra and IFN γ can be used to protect PCO.
