青光眼合并白内障施行人工晶体植入术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察 43例 47眼青光眼合并白内障患者术后视力、眼压、并发症。方法 :对所有病例行小梁切除术、白内障现代囊外摘除人工晶体植入术。结果 :随诊 1～ 2年 ,视力 0 8以上 13眼 (2 7 6 6 % ) ,0 5以上 2 2眼(4 6 80 % ) ,眼压全部控制在正常范围。结论 :青光眼合并白内障联合手术 ,术眼视力得到很好矫正 ,眼压可以控制在正常范围 ,而且缩短了住院时间 ,避免了分次手术。OBJECTIVE: Observing the visual acuities, intraocular pressure and the complications of 43 cases (47 eyes) with glaucoma and cataract after operation. METHODS:Operating all cases with trabeculectomy, EccE and implanation of posterior chamber artificial lers. RESULTS:1-2 years after operation, the visual acuities of better than 0 8 were 13 eyes (27 66%) and better than 0 5 were 22 eyes (46 8%). Intraocular pressure of all eyes were normol. CONCLUSION:The visual acuities of almost all cases were improved after operations. The time in hospital was shortened. The second operation was avoided.
