摘　　要：目的　研究肝动脉栓塞化疗 (TACE)和经皮肝穿刺冷冻 (PHCT)联合治疗肝癌的近期疗效和安全性。方法　 30例不能手术切除的肝癌病人行 1～ 3个周期 TACE后 ,予 PHCT治疗。结果　综合治疗后 1个月复查 ,综合治疗的肿瘤 ,缩小≥ 5 0 %为 36 .4% (12 /33) ,单纯 TACE的肿瘤 ,缩小≥ 5 0 %为 2 5 .0 % (2 /8)。术后血 AFP和CEA水平均有不同程度下降。术后不良反应轻。结论　 TACE和 PHCT联合治疗肝癌为一种较好的综合治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the results and sa fety of combination treatment of hepatic carcinoma with transcatheter hepatic ar terial chemoembolization (TACE) and percutaneous hepatic cryotherapy (PHCT).Methods Thirty patients with irresectable hapatic carcinoma were en rolled.After treated by 1-3 course of TACE,they were treated by PHCT.Re sults The tumor size decreased by more than 50% at 1 month after the co mbination treatment in 36.4% (12/33) of tumors treated by TACE and PHCT,in 25.0% (2/8) of tumors treated by TACE alone.The blood levels of AFP or CEA decreased to various extent.Operative complications were mild.Conclusion Combination treatment of hepatic carcinoma with TACE and PHCT is an effective an d safe method.\;
