摘 要:目的 :探讨嗜银核仁组成区 (argyrophilic nucleolar organizer regions,Ag NOR)计数与前列腺癌(PCa)生物学行为及预后的关系。方法 :采用 Ploton法对 PCa、不典型前列腺增生 (AAH )、良性前列腺增生(BPH )及正常前列腺 (NP)组织进行硝酸银染色 ,所得 Ag NOR颗粒采用图像分析仪按 Crocker法进行半定量分析。结果 :在 PCa中 Ag NOR计数显著高于 AAH、BPH及 NP;AAH的 Ag NOR计数介于 BPH与 PCa之间 ;在PCa中随肿瘤组织学分级的上升 Ag NOR计数逐渐上升 ,且差异有显著性意义 ;生存期 <3年的 PCa病例的Ag NOR计数显著高于生存期 >3年的病例 ,差异也有显著性意义。结论 :Ag NOR计数有助于鉴别前列腺良、恶性疾病 ,AAH有一定恶性倾向 ,Ag NOR计数有助于 PCa生物学行为及预后的估计。Purpose:To investigate the value of AgNOR in as sessing biological behavior and prognosis of prostatic carcinoma.Methods:All sections of normal prostate (NP), benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), atypical prostatic hyperplasia (AAH), prostatic carcinoma (PCa) were stained according to the method described by CROKER and PLOTON in order to demonstrate the silver-stained nucleolar organizer (AgNOR).The AgNOR were counted according to the method of Croker et alby means of automatic image analysis technique.Results:Total AgNOR counts were significantly higher in PCa than in the NP,BPH and AAH; the AgNOR counts were significantly higher in survival of patients less than 3 years compared with survival of patients more than 3 years; the AgNOR counts in AAH is between the AgNOR counts in BPH and the AgNOR counts in well-differential PCa; the AgNOR counts were increased significantly with tumor grade.Conclusion:AgNOR counts may contribute to the differential diagnosis between benign and malignant lesions of prostate and assessment of prognosis and biological behavior in prostatic carcinoma.
