鸡胚心电位场衰减与液态媒质电导率关系的研究

摘  要:目的 研究鸡胚心电位场的衰减与液态媒质电导率之间的关系。方法 在电导率不同的5种液态媒质中,采集60个5 d龄鸡胚心脏相同方向上若干离场源不同距离的测试点心电图,分别比较不同液态媒质中相同测试点心电图R(r)的振幅。结果 液态媒质的电导率越高,相同距离测试点记录的心电图R(r)波振幅越小,且差异具显著性(P<0.05)。结论 液态媒质的电导率越高,对心电位场传播的衰减幅度就越大。这表明正常情况下,将心脏周围组织简单地等效为电导率与生理盐水相仿的容积导体传统的容积导体学说[1]确有商榷之处。: Objective To study the offset of cardiac electric field in embryonal chicken heart immersed in liquid media with different conductivity. Method Sixty 5-day chicken embryos were immersed respectively in 5 fluid media including 3 saline solutions with their concentrations of 0.1%, 0.4% and 0.9%, isotonic glucose solution (5%) and distilled water. ECGs of these embryos were recorded in real time at 5 test points with different distances from the field source along the abdomen side. The comparison of the amplitude was made among R(r) waves recorded from the same test point in different media. Results The higher the conductivity of the fluid media, the smaller was the R(r) wave amplitude recorded at the same point (P<0.05). Conclusion The higher the conductivity is, the greater is the transmission damping of the electricity field in the heart, which poses a challenge to the theory that the surrounding tissues of the heart can be regarded as a volume conductor with similar conductivity to normal saline.
