摘 要:通过精确调节CH_4与CO_2含量,可显著提高碳势控制精度,最大波动≤±0.02%,重现性≤±0.03%。20Mn2钢链条薄层渗碳工艺试验表明,其优化工艺为:碳势0.93%,880℃×20min,然后直接淬火和230℃×2h回火,渗碳层深度可达0.10~0.15mm,保证链条的机械性能σ_b≥784MPa,δ≥10%。薄层渗碳的关键是快速建立稳定的炉气碳势,严格控制渗碳时间。此工艺可确保产品质量,具有推广应用价值。This paper shows that through a high precision adjustment of the contents of CH_4 and CO_2, the controled accuracy of carbon-potential can be raised obviously, the maximum fluctuation up to≤±0.02% and repeatability≤±0.03%. The thin layer carburizing test of the 20Mn2 steel chains showed that the optimized process is as follows: 880°C×20 min carburizing then directly quenching and 230°C×2h tempering, the depth of carburized layer can reached to 0.10~0.15mm with σ_b≥784 MPa and δ≥10% of chains. This paper also indicates that the key of the thin layer carburizing is to set up carbon-potential of furnace atmosphere rapi-dly and get strict control of carburizing duration. This process can assure the quality of products and has worth spreading in practice.
