摘 要:本文探讨了在0Cr13Ni4Mo马氏体不锈钢中出现的沿晶韧窝断裂现象。试验表明,固溶后在奥氏体区长期等温引起的AIN沿晶析出,是导致该现象产生的主要原因。等温时间越长,沿晶韧窝断裂面积越大,冲击功也越低。本文还探讨了AlN沿晶析出最快的等温温度,Al、N量的影响及减少和避免沿晶韧窝断裂的措施。This paper deals with the study on the phenomenon of along the grain boundary with dimple fracture in 0Cr13Ni4Mo martensitic stainless steel. Test results show that after solid solution treatment, long period isothermally holding in the austenitic region leading AlN precipitated along grain boundary is the main cause for providing this phenomenon, and the longer the holding time, the longer the area of dimple fracture along grain boundary, the lower the impact energy. This isothermal holding temperature for fastest precipitation of AlN along grain boundary, the effects of the amount of AlN, and the measures for inhibition and preventation of dimple fracture along grain boundary are also investigated.
