儿童血清钙检测结果分析

摘　　要：为研究儿童生长发育与钙的关系 ,采用Varian 2 50型原子吸收分光光度计测定了 72 7例儿童血清中Ca含量 ,对其结果进行了统计学分析。结果表明 ,血清Ca为 2 2 4± 0 16mmol/L ,低于正常值 2 2 5～ 3mmol/L ,低钙发生率为 4 1 13%。本研究结果为临床提供参考 ,指出在整个儿童期均应注意补充钙。To explore serum calcium in children, the content of calcium in serum of 727 children was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry The datawere analyzed by SPSS 10 0 statistic software The results showed that the rate of calcium deficiency was 41 13% Calcium mean was 2 24 mmo1/L, lower than normal (2 25 ～ 3 mmo1/L) The study indicates that calcium should be reasonably supplied in children These data might be helpful for children health care
