摘　　要：信息的获取和发布在化学电源的研究和生产过程中有重要作用 ,而专利又是信息中一个重要的组成部分。由于方便、快捷、廉价的优势 ,因特网的迅速发展成为人们广泛使用的信息发布和获取的主要工具。以燃料电池的网上查询为例 ,介绍了因特网上专利信息的特点和分布 ,简述了在因特网上专利信息的免费查询方法 ,并且提供了一些有偿获取专利的站点。希望我国的电源和电化学工作者充分利用因特网上的专利资源。The acquisition and issue of information played an important role in the course of research and manufacture for chemical power sources, of which patents made up a significant part. With the advantages of convenience, shortcut and low cost, Internet had become a main tool for getting and sending imformation widely. The free patent research for characters and distritution of fuel cell was introduced as an example. In addition, some charge websites about patents were also provided. It is suggested that patent resource on the Internet should be used more sufficiently by the electrochemists and engineers in our country.
