黄芪、天麻、首乌的延缓衰老作用的实验研究

摘　　要：本试验证实,黄芪、天麻、首乌有延缓衰老作用。黄芪中微量元素含量有 Zn、Cu、Mn、Cr、Fe、Ge;天麻中 Zn、Se、Cr、Ge;首乌中 Cu、Se、Fe、Ge 等。这些药物中含有不同剂量的微量元素,对小白鼠试验起到了不同的效应。增强了 SOD、GSH-PX 的活性,促进了催化作用。并抑制了 HYP 合成和分解,减轻了胶联剂的形成,从而起到了延缓衰老作用、小白鼠游泳耐力试验有强壮机体的作用。果蝇寿命试验证实三种药物混合饲养比单一种药物效果好,单一首乌均寿命46.8天,三种药物混合饲养65天,差别非常显著(P<0.01)。以药成虫平上说明黄芪天麻、首乌有延缓衰老作用。The experiment shomed that Astragholicus,elata Blume Gastrodia and Polygomum multiforum had the effect of delay in senecence.Differ- ent el ements of Zn,Cu,Mn,Cr,Fe,Ge in Astragholicus,Zn,Se,Cr, Ge in Polygonum multiflorum and Zn,Cu,Mn,Cr,Fe,Ge in elata Blume Gastrodia had diffenent effects on mice.They incnease the vi- ability of SOD GSH-PX,inbibited the synthesis and contact of HYP, decneased the formation of cross linkage and delayed senscence.To di- scover their swimming endurance on the mice showed that they had the effect on making the body strong.The experiment on melanogaster Dr- osophila showed that the use of mixtul of these thnee drugs was bett- er than that of single one.The diffenece was significant(P<0.01).All thes proved that Astragholicus,elata Blume Gastrodia and Polugonum multiflorum could delay senescence.
