摘　　要：目的　探讨头颈部横纹肌肉瘤的临床表现、病理类型、诊断、治疗及预后。方法　回顾性分析 8例头颈部横纹肌肉瘤的病史资料并复习文献。结果　 8例中手术切除加化疗加放疗 5例 ,手术切除加化疗 1例 ;乳突探查术 1例 ;化疗加放疗 1例。手术切除 6例中 ,5年生存率为 6 2 .5 % (5 / 8)。Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical features, pathology, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of head and neck rhabdomyosarcoma. Methods Eight cases of head and neck rhabdomyosarcoma were studied retrospectively and the related literature was reviewed. Results Of the 8 cases, 5 were operated in addition to radio-therapy and chemotherapy, 1 was operated together with chemotherapy, 1 was operated by exploration of mastoid; and the other one was treated by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The 5-year survival rate was 62.5%(5/8). Conclucion It can apparently increase the survival rate through the combined therapy which involves operation, radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
