摘　　要：目的　研究SPECT脑灌注显像在偏头痛发作期及相关穴位针刺下的改变特点 ,探讨其临床辅助诊断价值及针刺治疗的有效性。方法　对 4 0例偏头痛患者的发作期以及相关穴位针刺治疗中进行SPECT脑灌注显像。结果　 30例SPECT脑灌注显像表现为局部脑血流量明显降低 ,且与头痛部位相关 ,针刺中局部脑血流量有不同程度改善。结论　SPECT脑灌注显像弥补了脑电图、经颅多普勒和结构影像学对偏头痛诊断的不足 ,可作为偏头痛的临床辅助诊断方法。Objective To investigate the imaging change of single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) during the period of attack and acupuncture with migraine. Methods SPECT during the attack and acupuncture therapy with the patients of migraine were detected. Results The imaging on SPECT in the local cerebral blood flow was reduced significantly at related area of migraine. The cerebral blood flow was varied in improvement during the acupuncture. Conclusion SPECT may have value of diagnosis for migraine as a function image and acupuncture might be an effective therapy for migraine.
