摘　　要：在工业生产条件下制备了外科植入物用Ti 6Al 7Nb钛合金 ,并对其化学组成、机械性能和微观组织进行了研究。Ti 6Al 7Nb合金的成分和性能完全达到国际标准ISO5 832 11和美国ASTMF12 95标准要求 ,其组织为大量α相 +少量 β转Surgical implant material made of Ti 6Al 7Nb alloy was investigated under industrial conditions. The results show that the alloy's chemical composition and the mechanical properties reach the ISO 5832 11 and the American ASTMF1295 standards, and the phases of the alloy are mainly α phase and some β trans phase.
