摘 要:针对数控系统的开放性和可靠性问题 ,提出采用软件复用与构件技术来解决。阐述了采用构件技术进行数控系统开发的可行性 ,并提出了基于构件技术的数控软件构件概念和完整、规范的构件描述 ,给出了重用性分析方法和采用构件技术进行数控构件开发应遵循的一般原则 ,分别从开发者和用户角度叙述了软件型数控系统的开发流程 ,通过实例简要展示了方法的具体实现。通过原型样机的开发 。A new method is presented to solve the open architecture problem and to improve the reliability of CNC system by using software reuse and component technology in this paper. At first,the feasibility of developing CNC system with software component is discussed, and the conception of CNC software components and the integrated and normative description of the component are also offered. Under this condition, this paper introduces a method for the analysis of reuse and the common principles that should be followed in the process for developing CNC systems with software component technology. Then the steps for developing software CNC system is described from the points of view of a developer and a consumer respectively. In the end,an example demonstrating the specific implement of this kind of thought is shown. This method is proved to be effective by developing a prototype example.
