摘　　要：随着科学技术的迅猛发展，计算机的应用已渗透到各个领域，成为现代社会不可缺少的工具。管理信息系统的开发与应用，是提高一个部门管理水平的重要手段。笔者利用Ｖｉｓｕａｌ ＦｏｘＰｒｏ关系型数据库语言研制开发的教材设备管理信息系统的相关内容，并提出了软件的开发必须应用软件工程学方法进行系统需求分析，使其符合管理信息系统的相关内容，使其符合管理的实际需要，以求达到提高管理水平的目的。With the rapid development of science and technology, computer has been applied in all the fields of the modern society and become a necessary instrument. Exploitation and appliction of the managerial information system is an important means to improve the administration level of a department. The article expounded the related content of managerial information system exploited by the author through applying Visual FoxPro database language and raised software exploitation must be based on system demand analysis made by the means of software engineering so that it can accord with actual demands of administration and improve the level of adminisiration.
