摘　　要：试验的数据管理与统计分析是使结果真实可信的重要保证。本文对临床试验的数据质量管理、生成数据库与统计分析中的一些实际问题和方法 。The management and statistical analysis of data from clinical trial are very important in assuring the real and reliable conclusion of the trial.In this paper,some actual problems and methodology in quality control of data,in establishing database and in statistical analysis were discussed in detail.
