养血清脑颗粒治疗紧张型头痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究养血清脑颗粒治疗紧张型头痛的疗效及安全性。方法 :1 1 2例紧张型头痛患者随机分为治疗组和安慰剂组各 5 6例。治疗组给予养血清脑颗粒 4.0 g ,tid ,疗程 3 0d ;对照组给予安慰剂。 结果 :①治疗 1 0d以上时 ,治疗组和安慰剂组头痛发作次数分别为 (1 .71± 2 .0 3 )和 (2 .82± 3 .1 6 )次 ,P <0 .0 5 ;持续时间分别为 (1 1 .45±2 3 .46 )和 (2 4.80± 3 6 .1 4)h ,P <0 .0 0 1。治疗 2 0d以上时 ,2组头痛发作次数分别为 (0 .91± 1 .6 7)和 (2 .45± 3 .2 4)次 ,P <0 .0 5 ,持续时间分别为 (5 .79± 1 8.5 2 )和 (2 1 .91± 46 .6 5 )h ,P <0 .0 1。②治疗组中头痛消失时间随每次发作而明显缩短 ,而安慰剂组不明显 (P <0 .0 1～ 0 .0 3 )。③治疗组的显效率为 3 0 .9% ,而安慰剂组为 5 .9% (P <0 .0 0 1 )。④治疗组和安慰剂组的不良反应发生率分别为 5 .45 %和 3 .6 4%。结论 :养血清脑颗粒对紧张型头痛有较明显的疗效 ,可减少头痛的发作次数、持续时间和缩短头痛消失时间 。Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of Yangxueqingnao granule in treatment of tonic headache.Methods:112 patients with tonic headache were randomly and equally divided to receive three times daily of 4.0g Yangxueqingnao granule or three times daily of placebo for 30d.Results:(1)After more than 10d treatment,the number of headache was (1.71±2.03) for active arm and (2.82± 3.16) for control arm, P <0.05;the duration of attack was (11.45±23.46)h for active arm and (24.80±36.14)h for control arm, P <0.001.After more than 20d treatment,the number of attacks for active and control arm was (0.91±1.67) and (2.45±3.24) respectively, P <0.05,the duration of attack for active and control arm was (5.79±18.52) and(21.91±46.65)h respectively, P < 0.01.(2) The time for disappearance of headache was shorten increasingly with incidence of attacks and no such effect was observed in the control arm.(3) The effective rate for active and control arm was 30.9% and 5.9% respectively( P <0.001).(4) The incidence of adverse events for active and control arm was 5.45% and 3.64% respectively.Conclusion:Yangxueqingnao granule is very effective for treatment of tonic headache,it can reduce the number of headache attacks and the duration of headaches and shorten the time for disappearance of headache. [
