摘 要:目的:了解一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)在急性内毒素血症肝损害发病中的作用。方法:采用内毒素(脂多糖,LPS)腹腔内注射,观察大鼠血清NO产物、ALT、AST及LDH水平变化和肝组织结构改变情况。结果:LPS给药后,大鼠血清NO产物、ALT、AST及LDH水平均呈LPS剂量依赖型升高,肝组织结构明显改变,并且NO产物水平与ALT、AST及LDH水平和肝组织病变程度平均积分均呈正相关。结论:在急性内毒素血症肝损害发病中,NO可能具有重要作用,并且血清NO产物水平可以作为该肝损害发生的早期观察指标之一。Objective: To determine the role of nitric oxide in pathogenesis of liver injury caused by acute endotoxemia. Method: After rats were treated with lipopolysaccharide(LPS) which could cause an acute endotoxemia, it was detected the changes of serum nitric oxide product ( NO- ), ALT, AST, LDH and the hepatic tissue' s structure. Result: LPS increased remarkably the levels of serum NO- , ALT, AST and LDH, and an alteration in hepatic tissue' s structure. The level of serum NO2- was positive correlation with the levels of ALT, AST and LDH, and the degree of hepatic structure change. Conclusion: It was suggested that nitric oxide might play an important role in pathogenesis of liver injury caused by acute endotoxemia, and the level of serum nitric oxide product be an observational index for liver injury.
