摘　　要：目的 :探讨巨大纵隔肿瘤的手术治疗经验。方法 :总结 1980年 1月～ 1999年 2月收治的 16 0例巨大纵隔肿瘤进行回顾性分析。结果 :肿瘤切除 12 9例 ,切除率 80 % ;手术探查 (包括姑息手术 ) 32例 ,占 2 0 %。术后 4例死于呼吸衰竭 ,手术死亡率 2 5 %。结论 :对于纵隔肿瘤 ,除胸部X线摄片外 ,CT检查应列为常规检查手段 。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the surgical treatment results of giant mediastinal tumors. METHOD:Data of 160 giant mediastinal tumor cases hopitalized in our hospital from January,1980 to February,1999 was analysed retrospectively.RESULTS:Of the 160 cases,tumors of 129 cases (80%)had been successfully removed;32 cases (20%)had been conducted operative exploration or palliative operation. 4 patients (2.5%) died of respiratory failure postoperatively.CONCLUSION:In addition to chest-radiography,CT should be routine diagnostic method for mediastinal tumors.TNB and bronchoscopy will help define the border and invasiveness of tumor.
