摘 要:本文报道酸性媒染紫SVRS—示波计时电位法测定天然水中不同形态铝。对24个实际水样分别在酸性pH5.2测定了无机单核铝Ali和碱性pH8.8底液中测定总单核铝Ala有机单核铝Alo=Ala-Ali。同时还应用该法测定了酸化水样中总铝AlT酸溶态铝Alr=AlT-Ala从而实现了水样中五种形态铝的电化学测定。测定值与Driscoll方法进行了比较对照结果基本一致。本法特点为简便快捷灵敏准确可以直接测定与铝毒性密切相关的无机单核铝Ali无需分离步骤水样用量小适用于大批量天然水样中Al形态的快速分析。A simple and reliable electroanalytical method for the fast determination of different species of aluminum(total AlT, acid soluble Alr, total monomeric Ala,inorganic monomeric Ali, organic monomeric Alo)in natural waters by a.c.oscillopolarography using solochrome violet RS(SVRS) was described in this paper. In alkaline buffer solution(pH 8.8), total monomeric aluminum was determined, and in acidified buffer solution(pH 5.2), the result was the inorganic monomeric aluminum. In both conditions, sensitive incisions due to the redox reaction of Al SVRS complex adsorption wave on the hanging mercury drop electrode were observed on the dE/dt E oscillogram. The incision depths were linearly proportional to the Al concentrations. This method was successfully applied to the analysis of different species of Al in 24 real natural water samples. The results were found to be in good agreement with those obtained by Driscoll's method.The principle of the proposed method for electrochemical determination of aluminum species was explored by summarizing the previous work and chemical equilibrium calculation.
