摘 要:考察了对水中 6种神经性毒剂水解产物固相萃取的萃取剂、洗脱剂等因素对萃取率的影响。以LC CN小柱为萃取剂 ,1 %冰醋酸甲醇溶液为洗脱剂 ,测得萃取回收率为 5 9.7%~ 1 0 0 % ,相对标准偏差为 1 .4%~7.2 %。采用气相色谱和色质联用 选择离子检测法对水解产物三甲基硅烷 (TMS)衍生物进行分析鉴定 ,水中水解产物最低检测浓度为 0 .0 0 2~ 0 .0 2mg L。为今后水中神经性毒剂未知样品分析提供了简便、快速的分析方法。This paper describes the analytical method of six hydrolysis products of five nerve agents. The influences of the different extracting agents and eluants upon the extraction rate were examined. The recovery of extraction, relative standard deviation determined were 59.1%similar to 100% and 1.4%similar to7.2%, respectively by using LC-CN small column as extracting agent and 1% glacial acetic acid in methanol as eluant. The trimethylsilyl derivatives (TMS) of these hydrolysis products were prepared and analysed by gas chromatography, gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The minimal detection concentrations of hydrolysis products in water were 0.002 similar to0.02 mg/L. The results demonstrate that this technique may provide the convenient, rapid and precise method for the analysis of nerve agent residues in water sample collected after a chemical attack.
