摘　　要：计算机支持协同工作 (CSCW)是一种将人类合作行为模式与计算机支持技术融合为一体的新兴技术 ,即在计算机技术支持的环境下 ,一个群体协同完成一项共同的任务。CSCW已广泛应用于CAD ,远程医疗诊断 ,多媒体协同编著 ,电子会议等领域。CSCW为了支持群体协同工作 ,CSCW系统必须为用户提供共享的资源和共享空间 ,这样就引发了诸多问题的研究。如合理的模型结构 ,用户间的感知层次 ,角色控制 ,共享对象的并发控制等。随着计算机科学与技术的发展 ,也给CSCW的发展注入了许多活力。如面向对象的技术使CSCW更容易实现不同层次的感知 ,多Agent技术使用户更容易与其他人协作。主要介绍了CSCW的定义、分类、主要研究内容、关键技术和其他技术对CSCW的影响。Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW)is a new technology, which integrates human's cooperative made with computer supported technology. That is to say, in the circumstance of computer supported technology, a group of people collaborates to finish a common task. CSCW has widely been applied to CAD, telediagnosing, multimedia co-editing, E-meeting and other domain. To support group cooperative work, CSCW system mast supply share resources and space for users. As a result, people must study many problems. Such as reasonable system architecture, awareness level between users, role control, concurrency control to share object. With development of computer science and technology, CSCW was brought many new techniques. For example, object-oriented technology lets CSCW to realize easier awareness between different levels and mulit-agent technology makes CSCW easier to cooperative with other people. In this thesis, it mainly introduces definition of CSCW, classifying, main research content, key techniques and effect brought by other technology.
