痤疮患者血清锌水平及加锌治疗效果

摘　　要：测定了 60例寻常痤疮患者和 60例健康正常人血清锌浓度 ,结果表明 ,寻常痤疮患者血清中锌的浓度明显低于正常人水平。对 4 0例寻常痤疮患者在按常规治疗的同时给予口服硫酸锌治疗一个月 ,加锌治疗组的治疗有效率为 90 % ,明显高于仅按常规治疗组的有效率 (75% )。The concentration of Zn in serum of 60 sufferers with acne and 60 normal people was determined.The results showed that the concentration of Zn in serum of sufferers with acne are distinctively lower than that of the normal people.The patient with acne (n=40)took zinc sulfate in addition that they were treated with normal method for one month.The therapeutic efficiency rate of this group is distinctively higher than that of the group whose sufferers only were treated with normal methods.
