饮料中柠檬黄和亮蓝的同时测定

摘　　要：探讨了双色素饮料中两种色素在各自吸收峰干扰较少的情况下 ,不进行色素的分离 ,对两种色素同时进行测定的分析方法。结果表明 ,本法测定柠檬黄和亮蓝的相对标准偏差分别为 0 .8%和 3.3% ,回收率分别为 99.5 %和 1 0 0 .3% ,方法准确可靠 ,而且不需分离 。A method for simultaneously determining the two pigments,Tartrazine and Brilliant Blue,in beverage is suggested.When their respective absorbing peaks are not strongly interfered,the two pigments can be determined without being separated.Results show that with the recovery of 99.5% and 100.3% respectively,good relative standard errors of 0.8% and 3.3% are guaranteed. Without being isolated first,high accuracy and time saving are the advantages of this method over others.
