摘　　要：依据河南省科技人才资源结构的历史数据 ,构建灰色模型GM(1,1)并预测了 2 0 0 1年和 2 0 0 5年人才结构的数据。在人才资源一定的约束下 ,通过灰色线性规划模型 (LPGP)求出了最优配置解 ,提出在科技人员总数增加的同时 ,教学人员的比例应有所加大 ,相应的调整方案对人才资源在未来结构的配置具有一定参考价值。The object of this paper is to optimize the allocation of the intellectual resources. Based on the data derived from the Henan Province Annals, the grey model and the LPGP model have been established and studied. Grey optimal solution is given by using MATLAB and LINDO. The future status of intellectual resources in Henan province is forecasted. The optimal allocation is given for decision making. The results are helpful to deploy the intellectual resources effectively.
