摘　　要：该文从目前地市级高校合并这一高教体制改革的特点出发 ,阐述了合并高校财务合并的原则、内容以及合并后高校财务管理体制创新的问题 。With regard to the combination of colleges, which is the featureof the reform of the higher education system, the author discusses how to deal with the financialproblems after the combination and points out that new financial management system should be established to meet the need of the combined colleges.
