摘　　要：就高校后勤服务社会化改革后的新的特点 ,提出高校后勤干部要注意掌握 :求实、系统、目标、效率、人本、灵活、重点。Rear service work is an important integral part of higher institutions. The management of rear service cadres is very important to the rear service work of higher institutions after the commercialized reform. After the commercialized reform, the rear service cadres at higher institutions should master the following eight working principles: to be realistic; to be systematic; to have an objective; to be efficient; to be humanistic; to be flexible; to be emphatic; to be honest and reliable and to keep promise.
