摘　　要：对近年来发生的渔船事故进行分析 ,找出人为因素在导致渔船发生事故中的一般规律 ,探讨人为失误的机理 ,提出减少人为失误、提高渔船航行安全的一些措施 ,以达到预防或减少渔船事故发生的目的。Through analysing fishing vessel accidents of recent years, the paper make out general law of factitious factors leading to fishing vessel accidents. Then, the paper puts forward some measures to reduce factitious lapses and improve fishing vessel navigation safety, for the sake of preventing and decreasing fishing vessel accidents.
