摘  要:为了给镍基渗层纵肋管束式换热器设计和解决生产中碰到的问题提供一些依据 ,本文在实验的基础上对镍基渗层纵肋管束的换热和流阻特性进行了分析 ,得出肋管结构参数和管束结构参数对换热和流阻的影响。采用最小熵产法优化得出最佳肋高 。In order to give a base for the design of longitudinally finned bank heat exchanger and solving the problems in operation,with the simulating experiment,heat heat-transfer and pressure-drop characteristics of cross-flow tube banks in which Ni-based implanted tubes were equipped with longitudinal and rectangular fins are investigated,the influence of fins length and tube pitch is analyzed.The minimum entropy generation is used in evaluated the thermodynamic performance.The optimizing length of fins is derived,anti-corroding element is investigation.
