摘  要:用电沉积法制备各种硫含量的Ni S合金镀层电极。用恒电流极化法研究各电极在 80℃的 5mol/LNaOH溶液中作为析氢反应阴极的催化性能 ,并用XRD及SEM研究Ni S合金镀层的组织结构。实验结果表明 ,硫含量为 2 9.4% (原子百分比 )的Ni S合金电极具有优良的催化性能 ,在 15 0mA/cm2 的电流密度下 ,析氢反应过电位最低 ,比Fe低约 35 0mV。这与其组织结构有关。Ni-S alloy coating electrodes with different sulphur content were prepared by means of electrodeposition method. The catalyzing property of the different coating electrodes as the hydrogen evolution-cathode in 5 mol/L NaOH solution at 80 ℃ was studied by means of constant-current polarization method. The structures of Ni-S alloy coating electrodes were also analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results show that the Ni-S alloy electrode with sulphur content of 29.4%(atomic percetage) performs excellent catalyzing property. Its hydrogen-evolution overpotential is the lowest at the current density of 150 mA/cm 2, which is 350 mV lower than that of Fe. This property is related to its structure.
