摘　　要：在人类进入21世纪之际,经济的变革、科技的发展和市场对人才需求的变化对大学教学产生了深刻的影响。其中最为明显的是大学生获取知识的渠道和学习的方式发生了变化。大学教师要肩负起全面培养学生的重任务首先要进入终生学习的行列。At the beginning of the 21st century,the economy change,the development of science and technology and the need of market economy for talents,all produce great chal- lenges to the teaching in colleges and universities.The most obvious influence to teaching is that there are multiple chan- nels and different sources for students to learn.So it is an urgent issue for university teachers to be a life-long learner.
