摘  要:在黑粒小麦和白粒对照的籽粒发育过程中 ,籽粒中叶绿素、类胡萝卜素的含量随着发育天数呈直线下降趋势 ,到开花后 2 5 d时 ,含量已降到很低 ;3个黑粒小麦品种花青素的含量随着发育天数呈现曲线变化 ,在开花后 2 5~30 d达到高峰 ,即叶绿素和类胡萝卜素降解比较充分时 ,花青素开始形成。在对照白粒品种京 4 11中未检测到花青素的存在。同一时期不同黑粒小麦品种之间 ,叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量差异不大。漯珍 1号和黑粒小麦 76的花青素吸光值的变化曲线比较相似 ,可能含有类似的花青素成分 ,河东乌麦 5 2 6花青素的变化曲线明显不同 ,表明其花青素成分在很大程度上不同于另外两个黑粒小麦品种。Contents of chlorophyll, carotinoid and anthocyanidin in seeds of three cultivars of black kernel wheat and white kernel wheat (CK) were investigated at different seed development stages. The contents of former two decreased linearly, and disappeared about at 25 days after flowering(DAF). In white kernal wheat Jing411,anthocyanidin was not delected. In black kernel wheat, anthocyanidin was first detected at 15~20 DAF, and reached the maximum at 25~30 DAF. When chlorophyll and carotiniod disappeared, anthocyanidin could be detected. There is a significant difference among chlorophyll's and carotinoid's contents of the same cultivar at different seed development stages. But among different cultivars, the difference was not significant. The dynamic curves of anthocyandin's absorbancy of cultivar Luozhen 1 and Black Kernel Wheat 76 were similar,so were their absorption peaks after 30 DAF. The two values of them above were obviously different from those of Hedong wumai 526. We deduced that the components of seed anthocyanidin of Luozhen 1 and Black Kernel Wheat 76 were similar, and largely different from that of Hedong wumai 526.
